How To Make Healty Drink
Goal:
To make a simple and healthy ginger drink that boosts immunity and soothes the body.
Ingredients and Materials Needed:
-1–2 pieces of fresh ginger (about 5 cm)
-2 cups of water
-1–2 teaspoons of honey (optional)
-1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
-Knife and grater
-Pot or saucepan
-Strainer
-Cup or mug
Steps:
1. Wash and Peel the Ginger
Rinse the ginger under running water and peel off the skin using a spoon or knife.
2. Slice or Grate the Ginger
Slice the ginger into thin pieces or grate it for a stronger flavor.
3. Boil the Water
Pour 2 cups of water into a pot and bring it to a boil over medium heat.
